Regarding the "peak oil" theory, CERA’s view, based on two decades of systematic research, including CERA databases and those of IHS (the largest proprietary databases in the world on oil production and resources), sees no evidence of a peak in oil production before 2030, with global production eventually following an undulating plateau for one or more decades before declining slowly.
