North American Natural Gas Storage: Will the Contango Value Wither?

At the end of the past three winters, the summer-winter forward NYMEX spread has been unusually large. CERA believes investors in storage or buyers and sellers of natural gas storage should not count on a continuation of such high contango values since they were the result of the intersection of two factors that are unlikely to be repeated. |
