NEW - Guided Search
The new Guided Navigation Search can be used to find research, events, video interviews, and much more across the entire website. CERA organizes research by several categories, which allows you to browse our research quicker. For more information, visit the CERA.com Guided Search page.

My Library
Users can save their favorite CERA reports in a personalized archive for quick access and retrieval. Reports can be added or deleted and there is no limit to the number of reports that can be saved. The My Library feature can be accessed from any page in the Client Services area on CERA.com.

Report Elements
CERA has taken a traditional report and broken it down into individual components online. Each report configured as its own "home page" with links to report-specific figures, data tables formatted in Excel, and the full report in PDF format. Associated keywords and links to related reports are also provided on the report home page.

Feedback
CERA.com offers the opportunity for users to rate reports, comment on research, and ask questions of individual authors and research teams. This feature helps to ensure that the insight and analysis delivered to clients addresses their needs and helps to solve business challenges. The Feedback/Rate this Report feature can be located on the right side of any report home page.

Personal Profile
CERA.com users can manage the flow of research they receive as well as their personal contact information. With just a few simple mouse clicks, users can change passwords, update address and e-mail, or make changes to their existing CERA.com research email notification options. Users can access their Personal Profile from multiple access points on CERA.com.

Event Registration
Users now have the ability to register for all CERA events online saving time and effort required using conventional means. Registration can be accessed from any event page on CERA.com.
