As concerns over global warming have increased, the aim of developing clean energy resources has become more popular. The definition of clean energy varies, however, depending on whom you ask; CERA’s definition includes not only wind and solar, but also biofuels, nuclear, and clean coal technologies. To bring clarity to the welter of competing claims, contradictions, and hyperbole, CERA is offering an objective assessment of the prospects for clean energy technologies.
